Gu Wanbai turned towards Feng Qianhuan and grinned as she spoke. She then
turned back towards Zuo Chen.

“You’d better stand here and not move, kid. I’m going to pull out your
needles now! If you move, my hand might shake and you’ll start farting
here.”

Zuo Chen froze and did not dare to move a muscle. However, his eyes were
full of resentment as he stared fixedly at Gu Wanbai.

An exceptionally skilled man and woman were fighting each other on the
summit of a mountain. They then paused to survey a nearby scene which was
covered with white clouds, making the place look like a paradise from a
painting.

An excited voice rang out suddenly. When the couple turned around, they
saw a beautiful and handsome man rushing towards them before he landed in
front of them.

“Qianjing, where’s Xue’er?” The gorgeous woman who was dressed in white
robes’ heart clenched as she quickly asked this question.

How many years has she spent to look for her daughter who had departed
while saving her! However, even though many years have passed and she has
searched through the entire world, she had not been able to find her

“Mother, Huang’er has stepped through the void to look for Xue’er in that
other world. He had asked me to come and find you here! Our family shall
be reunited very soon.”

Zi Qianjing’s handsome face was lit up with a smile while his eyes were
filled with ripples of tenderness.

No one knows about the guilt and anguish his mother has endured during
this past year more than him! If she never found her daughter, she would
never be able to rest easy for the rest of her life.
